NS Impianti, thanks to its subsidiaries, is the “benchmark” in the metalworking sector for prefabricated pipes.
It operates in the industrial plant engineering sector with four production areas covering a total of approximately 20,000 square metres indoors and 150,000 square metres outdoors.
The prefabrication of pipes of various types and materials (carbon, stainless steel, alloy and superalloy) enable us to assist the customer, if necessary, with the assembly of the same in the field.
Oltre al processo di costruzione e verifica (NDE), oggi NS Impianti grazie a una cabina di sabbiatura e verniciatura (100 x 14 x 12 mt) ha aggiunto un altro tassello “unico” al processo produttivo con l’esecuzione dei trattamenti superficiali (interni e esterni).

The products can be either welded or bent, depending on the materials, diameters and thicknesses.

Every weld inspected in accordance with (PCQ) is always accompanied by NDE and its own Welding Book (WPS-PQR) in accordance with international standards ASME or EN.
NS Impianti is able, when requested, to supply prefabricated pipes in accordance with Directive 97/23 PED.
